Returns & Exchanges

We have a 5 day return policy which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is approved you will be eligible for store credit, or anything of equal value.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it’s original packaging.

To start a return: Contact us at sportsgirlzvibe@yahoo.com. In subject line please title “RETURN”. If your return is accepted. we will then contact you via email 24-48 hrs and initiate the return process.

All returns are at the sole responsibility and expense by the customer including the required shipping cost.

Missing items
Received wrong items
Did not order items
Received duplicate orders
